Bulls are cleaning salary-cap space for another Michael Jordan

The Chicago Bulls’ current biggest hope is to have enough salary-cap space to attract a super enough star free agent to help improve the team. In order to realize the hope, anything or anyone seems expendable.

Write for Pay

After trading 7-foot center Aaron Gray to the New Orleans Hornets for guard Devin Brown, the Bulls are planning for another deal, which may involve guard Kirk Hinrich or forward John Salmons, so that the team can get someone with an expiring contract. That means the new-comer could be able to take off his Bulls jersey to clear the space just in time before the Feb. 18 trading deadline.

But the Bulls should be aware that other teams are also having the same hope as they do, and obviously it’s not an athletic smorgasbord for the Bulls only. Hope they have enough luck to have such a deal swing by them.
